‘Invalid OTP’ – What should I Do?

You may encounter an “Invalid OTP Code” error when entering a one-time password to log into your Rosecap account.

In this case, please follow the instructions below to solve the problem:

a.Synchronize the time on your mobile phone (to synchronize your Google Authenticator app) and your computer (from which you attempt to log in).
b. Browse the Rosecap Login page using incognito mode on the Google Chrome web browser. (You can use Ctrl+Shift+N to open a new incognito tab in Google Chrome)
c. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
If none of the suggested steps above solve your problem, please contact the support team to disable your OTP.
