# "Insufficient Balance" error while trading

If you have encountered the phrase "Insufficient Balance" while trading on [Rosecap](https://rosecap.com.au) despite having the balance in your wallet, the following could be the reason:  
  
You may have active order(s), so you can cancel them in the "My Active Orders" section.
