I Cannot access my Rosecap account?

If you have forgotten your Rosecap account’s password, you can recover it by following these steps:

Click on the Rosecap login

On the Rosecap login page, click the "CAN’T LOGIN?" option.

Enter the email address of your Rosecap account.

Click on the "SEND RECOVERY LINK" button, an email will be sent from Rosecap to your registered email address.

Click on the link given in the email.

Type in your new password.

Login again with your new password.
