# I Cannot access my Rosecap account?

If you have forgotten your [Rosecap](htpps://www.rosecap.com.au) account’s password, you can recover it by following these steps:  
  
Click on the Rosecap [login](https://app.rosecap.com.au/login)  
  
*   On the Rosecap login page, click the "CAN’T LOGIN?" option.

*   Enter the email address of your Rosecap account.
  
*   Click on the "SEND RECOVERY LINK" button, an email will be sent from Rosecap to your registered email address.
  
*   Click on the link given in the email.
  
*   Type in your new password.
  
*   Login again with your new password.
