I Cannot access my Rosecap account?

If you have forgotten your Rosecap account’s password, you can recover it by following these steps:

Click on the Rosecap login

  • On the Rosecap login page, click the "CAN’T LOGIN?" option.



  • Enter the email address of your Rosecap account.
  • Click on the "SEND RECOVERY LINK" button, an email will be sent from Rosecap to your registered email address.
  • Click on the link given in the email.
  • Type in your new password.
  • Login again with your new password.
